3 Principles of Techniques
There are fundamental rules of Taizendo tequniques called 3 Principles of Techniques. These rules not only serve as a hint when your techniques do not work effectively but also help your understanding of the philosophy of Taizendo.

Principle 1, Do not conflict.
Instead of conflicting with the opponent's power, let the opponent's force come out and use it.

Principle 2, Do what you can do.
Always stay cool to find what you can do (which part of your body can be moved), then let it be the beginning of your action.

Principle 3, Do not be stuck.
Instead of sticking to one idea (one technique), be flexible according to respective scenes and always try to move under judgement of the whole situation.
